P90X
P90X or Power 90 Extreme from Tony Horton is a very popular exercise regiment in my office. It consists of routines for your leg & back, abs, yoga, kenpo, plyometrics, etc. I tried the P90X Leg & Back and Ab Ripper X workout which took about 1.5 hrs. To keep my weekly schedule interesting, I use the P90X Legs and Backs, Plyometrics, and Ab Ripper X routines are routines I use every once in awhile to fulfill that need.
Legs and Back Strength – Important for most Ballet steps
Plyometrics – Jump training for Saute de chat and Grand Jettes
Ab Ripper X – Core training
